Delivery

UK delivery only! Packages will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For and the charge is £4.50.

My aim is for your order to be delivered within 10-14 working days. The jewellery is made to order and I do this alongside my full time job hence the lead time. There are also sometimes delays within Royal Mail that will be out of my control, so please make sure to order in plenty of time if the jewellery is needed for a special occassion. 

 

If a package is returned to the courier depot because the courier was unable to make the delivery it is the customers responsibility to communicate with the courier to re-deliver or pick up their package. If the package makes it's way back to me as a result of non-communication with the courier the original postage will not be refunded and the customer will then have to pay additional postage for me to send the package again.
 
If a customer inputs the wrong delivery address and the parcel is delivered to that address it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the package.
 
 

 

Packaging

All packaging is as plastic free as possible. Products are sent in cardboard packaging and I use paper tape which are both 100% recyclable. Where the packaging cannot be recycled i.e. jewellery pouches, I encourage you to re-use. If I ever use any bubble wrap it is all wrap that I have received and am re-using.

I care deeply about my impact on the planet and am striving to produce as little waste as possible, as I learn more and grow I will continue to try my best to do my part for the planet. We have to look after this wonderful world that we call home!

 

Returns

I really hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you wish to return your item(s) then you are able to do so. I will accept returns for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is unused and is in its original packaging. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

Legally I cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund.

If your order contains damaged or faulty items please let me know within 2 days of receiving your delivery and I can arrange a refund or replacement.  Please take photos of any damaged packaging and the product, keeping both until I let you know whether or not they should be returned to me.
